The National Weather Service in Chicago has issued a Wind Advisory, which is in effect from 9 AM to 9 PM CST Tuesday.
TIMING…Mid morning Tuesday through early evening.
WINDS…West wind gusts to 45 or 50 mph.
IMPACTS…Difficult travel for high profile vehicles. Loose objects will be blown about. Minor damage to tree limbs are possible.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…
A Wind Advisory means that sustained winds of 30 mph and/or wind gusts of 45 mph or greater are expected. Winds this strong can make driving difficult…especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
