Winds gusting to 30 mph have led to snow blowing and drifting across some roadways in open and rural areas. Snow covered or partially covered roadways have been observed. Blowing and drifting snow will remain possible through the rest of the night. If driving, be alert for snow covered roads and reduced visibility. Be sure to slow down and allow more time for travel. </pre>
