…Blowing and Drifting Snow This Morning…
West to northwest wind gusts of 25 to 35 mph this morning will continue to result in blowing and drifting snow, especially in open areas. This will lead to significantly reduced visibility in places. Shallow ground blizzard conditions with less than one quarter mile visibility are possible in favored open, rural locations.
Allow extra travel time and keep a safe following distance from the vehicle in front of you, as roads may become snow covered from the blowing snow and visibility could sharply change. </pre>
