Through 8 AM, look for some localized patches of shallow dense ground fog to result in locally reduced visibilities, especially in outlying and rural areas. If you encounter one of these patches of fog, visibility could briefly drop to one quarter mile or less. Those traveling early this morning, especially in outlying or typically fog prone areas, should be prepared to reduce speeds if fog is encountered. </pre>
