Patchy freezing drizzle will continue this morning. Localized icing has occurred on elevated surfaces, fences,cars and other objects. Road impacts may be a bit more localized, but those traveling this morning should be prepared for slick spots on area roads and sidewalks.
Areas of freezing drizzle will again be possible tonight.

DISCUSSION:
A weather system Thursday morning will bring a chance of freezing rain to areas well south of Interstate 80, with light snow for other areas. Light accumulations are possible.
A stronger system will bring widespread snow to the area Friday night into Saturday. Lake effect snow will linger into Sunday.
The coldest wind chill readings of the season will arrive Saturday night and linger into early Monday behind the Saturday system.
