Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Fog Risk.
Elevated Snow Risk.

DISCUSSION...

A slow moving storm system will bring a long duration of light to
occasionally moderate precipitation today through Saturday. Most
of the precipitation will be in the form of wet snow, but rain
will be possible at times, especially east of Interstate 57 where
warmer temperatures will be possible. Patchy fog is possible this

DISCUSSION:

Light snow accumulations are expected in many areas for the

the area Friday evening, a period of moderate snow may produce a
few to several additional inches of snow accumulation for portions
of northern Illinois.
