This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

Flooding will continue on several area rivers.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Limited Ice Accumulation Risk.
Friday...
Limited Snow Risk.
Saturday...
Limited Excessive Cold Risk.
Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.
Elevated Lakeshore Flood Risk for northwest Indiana.
Sunday...
Limited Excessive Cold Risk.
Elevated Lakeshore Flood Risk for northwest Indiana.

DISCUSSION...
A low pressure system will cross the area Wednesday. Temperatures
below freezing Wednesday morning may allow some light freezing
rain to occur before warming and allowing any precipitation to
fall as rain by late morning or midday. A strong low pressure
system may affect the area Friday and Saturday bringing a mix of
precipitation types as it arrives Friday with a change to snow as
it departs Saturday. It is too early for specifics but there is
decent confidence that a well organized system will affect the
area during this time.
