This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Snow Risk this morning.

DISCUSSION...

An area of snow, with pockets of moderate to briefly heavy rates,
will gradually shift to locales south and east of I-55/57 through
the mid-morning hours. Bursts of heavier snow will result in
additional light snow accumulations with total accumulations of
up to 2 to 3 inches, which will result in slick road surfaces
this morning. Snow will come to an end from northwest to southeast
by late morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Sunday...
Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.
Limited Lakeshore Flood Risk for Porter County, IN.

DISCUSSION:

There is a small potential for some light snow showers early
Sunday morning mainly north and east of I-90.

Strong westerly winds with gusts to 35 to 45 mph are expected
Sunday afternoon.
