This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Wednesday Night and Thursday...
Limited Snow Risk.
Friday...
Limited Ice Accumulation Risk.
Elevated Snow Risk.

DISCUSSION:

A slow moving storm system will affect the area from Wednesday
night into Saturday. Precipitation is expected to be mainly
light snow. There is the potential for moderate snow at times
Friday afternoon and night. In total, several inches of snowfall
by early Saturday are likely for at least across some of the area.
In addition, there is a possibility for a period of mixed
precipitation that could result in some minor icing, mainly
Friday morning east of Interstate 57.
