This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Elevated Excessive cold Risk.
Limited Non thunderstorm wind Risk.
Limited Lake Effect Snow Risk in northwest Indiana.
Elevated Lakeshore Flood Risk in Porter County this morning.

DISCUSSION...

Very cold temperatures and blustery west winds will produce
wind chills of 10 below to 20 below zero early this morning.
The lowest wind chills will generally be west of a line from
McHenry to Aurora to Pontiac. Accumulating lake effect snow
is possible late today into Monday morning, mainly across
Porter and Lake counties in northwest Indiana.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Monday and Tuesday...
Limited Excessive Cold Risk.
Thursday...
Limited Snow and sleet Risk.
