WHEN…Accumulating wintry precipitation will end early this morning. Wind whipped snow showers are likely this afternoon and evening.
IMPACTS…Strong westerly winds are expected to develop this afternoon and continue tonight. These strong winds will increase the threat of power outages, especially for areas that saw more significant ice accumulation.
