downstream to Red Gate Road in St. Charles, and has been replaced by a Flood Warning.
At 830 PM Thursday the stage was 8.9 feet.
Action stage is 9.0 feet.
Flood stage is 9.5 feet.
Forecast…The river is forecast to go above flood stage by Friday afternoon.
