Elevated Excessive cold Risk.  Limited Non thunderstorm wind Risk.

DISCUSSION…

Strong westerly winds this morning will push wind chill  readings into the 10 to 20 below zero range. Winds will begin  to gradually ease this afternoon.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Saturday through Thursday.

Saturday…

Limited Excessive Cold Risk.

Sunday…

Limited Snow Risk.

Wednesday and Thursday…

Limited Excessive Cold Risk.

DISCUSSION:

Light snow could accumulate an inch or so Sunday.
