This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central Illinois…Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…Tuesday through Sunday.

Tuesday…

Elevated Thunderstorm Risk.

Wednesday…

Elevated Flooding Risk.  Elevated Thunderstorm Risk.

Thursday and Friday…

Limited Thunderstorm Risk.

Sunday…

Limited Thunderstorm Risk.

DISCUSSION:

A slow moving low pressure system will move through the region Tuesday night through Thursday. Periods of thunderstorms are expected, some of which may produce locally heavy rainfall. At this time it appears the greatest potential for heavy rainfall would be along and south of Interstate 80.
