Weather hazards expected…
Limited Thunderstorm Risk...with an associated: Limited damaging wind risk...up to 60 mph. Limited Flooding Risk.
DISCUSSION…
Scattered thunderstorms are expected from mid-afternoon into the evening and possibly into the overnight. A few of these may have isolated damaging wind gusts, mainly in north central Illinois. In addition, the slow movement of any showers and storms will lead to the potential for an isolated and quick one to two inches of rain.
