WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED:
Limited Excessive Cold Risk
DISCUSSION:
While the coldest conditions have abated somewhat for the time
being... high temperatures will remain in the single digits this
afternoon despite the bright sunshine. Increasing clouds with an
approaching disturbance will help keep temps from falling off
much tonight.

Limited Excessive Cold Risk.
Elevated Snow Risk.
Friday...
Elevated Excessive Cold Risk.

DISCUSSION:
Some light snow is expected Thursday, with areas favored north of
I-80 or even I-88.
Additional light snow is possible Friday before very cold air
returns for the weekend.
