NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED:
Elevated Excessive Cold Risk.
Limited Snow Risk.
DISCUSSION:
Snow showers are possible, especially south of Interstate 88 and
Interstate 290 in northern Illinois. A dusting of accumulation is
possible with a few tenths of an inch possible in a few spots
farther south.
Wind chill values will range from 10 to 20 below zero.
Localized ice jam flooding will remain a threat on area rivers.

Extreme Excessive Cold Risk.

DISCUSSION:
Bitterly cold air will be in place across the area Sunday night
through Tuesday. Wind chills to 35 below are expected across
western and southern portions of the area Sunday night and early Monday
with values of 20 to 30 below elsewhere.
Localized ice jam flooding will remain a threat on area rivers.
