Elevated Snow Risk.
Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk

DISCUSSION:

A moderate to heavy band of snow will shift into the Chicago
metro area for the evening commute. Rates of 1 inch per hour
are likely, though only for a few hours. Pavement temperatures
are relatively warm which may help roads to remain slushy and
have lesser snow accumulations than on grass.
