WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED:
Significant Excessive Cold Risk.
DISCUSSION:
Dangerously cold wind chills will ease later this morning, with the
coldest conditions north of Interstate 88 in northeast and north
central Illinois. Wind chill readings remain below zero area
wide all day, and then return to dangerous levels overnight for most
areas in northeast Illinois and northwest Indiana.

Limited Excessive Cold Risk.
Elevated Snow Risk.

DISCUSSION:
