THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS...
NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED:
Elevated Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited Fire Weather Risk.

DISCUSSION:

Winds will increase through today, gusting to 45 to 50 mph at
times mid-afternoon through tonight.

Thunderstorms are possible, mainly for a couple hour window this
evening as a strong cold front moves from west-to-east across the
area. While severe weather is generally not anticipated, given the
already strong winds, it is possible a couple storms or even
showers produce gusts in excess of 50 mph.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Tuesday...
Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.

DISCUSSION:

Wind gusts of 40 mph are likely during the day Tuesday.
