THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS...
NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Thursday...
Elevated Ice Accumulation Risk.
Limited Snow and Sleet Risk.
Friday...
Limited Ice Accumulation Risk.
Limited Snow and/or Sleet Risk.
Sunday through Tuesday...
Elevated Excessive Cold Risk.

DISCUSSION:

A period of mixed precipitation is expected from Thursday
afternoon into Thursday night, mainly north of I-88. Amounts are
not expected to be more than a few hundredths but some areas could
see patchy light accumulations of ice. Less than an inch of snow
is also possible Thursday afternoon into Thursday night, mainly
north of I-90. There is another chance of snow on Sunday, along
with the arrival of much colder air for next week. Highs in the
teens are expected Monday and Tuesday, with subzero wind chills.
