Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

DISCUSSION...

Thunder chances remain relatively low today, though we cannot
rule out an isolated storm on any lingering boundaries in the region.

Heat indices will again approach 100 today as highs reach the upper
80s to low 90s, cooler at the lakeshore.

Elevated Excessive Heat Risk.
