DISCUSSION...

Widely scattered thunderstorms are expected today, mainly this
afternoon and evening. Any storm that develops could produce
deadly cloud to ground lightning, gusty winds, and torrential
downpours. Due to the slow movement, locally heavy rainfall
totals are possible.
