Heat index values in the mid 90s are possible Saturday and are
expected Sunday, possibly even to upper 90s.

A cold front may bring scattered thunderstorms to far northern
Illinois Saturday evening and overnight, and a few could be
strong if they materialize. This front will progress through the
area late Sunday night into Monday likely resulting in more
thunderstorms.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.
