This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.
.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.
Weather hazards expected...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk late this evening and overnight.
DISCUSSION...
Isolated to scattered thunderstorms may affect portions of the
area late this evening and overnight. Thunderstorms are expected
to be in a weakening trend as they move eastward, but a few
stronger storms with small hail will be possible near and west of
I-39 late this evening.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.
Wednesday...
Elevated Severe Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited Excessive Heat Risk.
Saturday through Monday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited Excessive Heat Risk.
DISCUSSION:
Thunderstorms chances will continue through Wednesday evening.
Some of these thunderstorms late Wednesday afternoon and evening
may be strong to severe with damaging wind and large hail. In
addition, heat indices in the upper 90s to near 100 degrees will
be possible Wednesday afternoon.
.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.

Moving toward the east at 20 mph overnight.
