The Fox River at Algonquin Lock & Dam tailwater, or from Johnsburg
downstream to Red Gate Road in St. Charles
* At 830 AM Monday the stage was 7.8 feet.
* Action stage is 9.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 9.5 feet.
* Forecast...The river will crest below flood stage at 8.5 feet
Tuesday afternoon.
* Impact...At 9.0 feet...Water overflows low-lying river banks along
Grove Street in Valley View, along River Shore Drive in Cary, and
along Riverview Drive and Holiday Drive in Holiday Hills.
