...Pockets of dense Fog along and north of Interstate 88 and well
west of the Chicago area through mid to late evening....
Pockets of dense fog continue along and north of the Interstate
88 corridor and along the Interstate 39 corridor of north central
Illinois. Visibility was generally one quarter of mile or greater
as of 645 pm, and while some slow improvement is expected through
the evening, localized dense fog may continue for a few more
hours. Use caution when you encounter fog at night, and keep
extra following distance from the vehicle ahead of you.
