Fox River at Algonquin Tailwater affecting Kane and McHenry
Counties
Fox River at Montgomery affecting Kane and Kendall Counties
.Additional precipitation amounts of one half of an inch
to one inch overnight through Thursday morning will result in the
continuation of river levels above flood stage.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Safety message...If you encounter a flooded roadway...turn around and
find an alternate route.

The Fox River at Algonquin Tailwater.
* until Tuesday afternoon.
* At 630 PM Wednesday the stage was 9.8 feet.
* Flood stage is 9.5 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will rise to near 10.1 feet by Friday
morning. The river will fall below flood stage Tuesday
morning.
