spotters observed heavy rainfall of two to four inches across the
warned area with widespread flooding likely occurring. Additional
heavy rainfall of one to three inches is expected this afternoon
into tonight and will likely worsen the ongoing flooding. Flash
flooding is possible in parts of the warned area due to the
additional heavy rainfall.
