Fox River at Montgomery affecting Kane and Kendall Counties
.Synopsis...Additional precipitation amounts of one half of an inch
to one inch tonight through Thursday will result in the continuation
of river levels above flood stage.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Safety message...If you encounter a flooded roadway...turn around and
find an alternate route.

The Fox River at Algonquin Tailwater.
* until further notice.
* At 1030 AM Wednesday the stage was 9.8 feet.
* Flood stage is 9.5 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 10.0 feet by
Friday morning. The river will fall below flood stage Tuesday
afternoon.
