...Period of Dense Fog Early to Mid Afternoon...
As moist air moves over existing snow cover, dense fog has
developed early this afternoon along and north of the Interstate
80 corridor. Visibility as low as a few hundred feet have been
observed. The fog appears to not last long...only about two to
three hours...before improvement occurs from south to north
occurs.
Allow extra travel time this afternoon and keep extra following
distance from the vehicle ahead of you.
