NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED:

Elevated Excessive Cold Risk tonight.
Elevated Snow Risk this morning.

DISCUSSION:

Light snow will continue through the predawn hours but is expected
to taper to flurries after daybreak. Wind chills of 5 to 15 below
are possible tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Thursday...
Elevated Excessive Cold Risk.
Elevated Snow Risk.
Friday...
Limited Excessive Cold Risk.
Limited Ice Accumulation Risk south of the Iroquois River
Valley.
Elevated Snow Risk.
Saturday through Monday...
Elevated Excessive Cold Risk.

DISCUSSION:

A prolonged period of snow is expected to drop several inches of
snow Thursday though early Sunday.
