Flooding is expected to continue along portions of many area
rivers.

DISCUSSION:
Isolated thunderstorms are possible late Tuesday night.
A strong storm system will affect the area Wednesday night into
Thursday. There is a chance that rain could change to heavy wet
snow before ending. In addition, very strong northerly winds are
possible, which could result in minor wind damage as well as
lakeshore flooding.
Finally, flooding is expected to continue along portions of many
area rivers.
