THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS...
NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA.
.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.
WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED:
  Elevated Ice Accumulation Risk.
DISCUSSION:
Light freezing rain, possibly mixed with some light sleet or 
light snow, is possible early this morning, south of the
Interstate 80 corridor. Minor ice accumulation is possible, 
especially on elevated surfaces.
Many area rivers remain in flood.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.
Friday...
  Limited Ice Accumulation Risk.
Saturday...
  Limited Flooding Risk.
  Limited Ice Accumulation Risk.
  Limited Snow Risk.
DISCUSSION:
Precipitation is expected to develop Friday night, and continue 
through Saturday night. Precipitation may initially develop as 
a mix of rain, freezing rain or snow Friday night into early 
Saturday morning, before changing to all rain. Moderate to 
locally heavy rainfall is possible over portions of central 
Illinois and Indiana, with amounts of a quarter inch or more 
possible over southeastern parts of the outlook area before 
rain ends late Saturday night. Additional rainfall could slow 
the fall of river levels, or cause new rises in some spots.
Many area rivers will remain in flood.
