NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA.    .DAY ONE...Tonight.    WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED:      Limited Fog Risk.    Many area rivers remain in flood.    .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.    Friday...    Limited Fog Risk.    Elevated Ice Accumulation Risk.    Limited Snow and Sleet Risk.  Saturday...    Limited Flooding Risk.    Limited Thunderstorm Risk.    Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.    Elevated Ice Accumulation Risk.    Limited Snow and Sleet Risk.  Sunday...    Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.    DISCUSSION:    Precipitation is expected to develop Friday night, and continue   through Saturday night. Precipitation may initially develop as a   mix of rain, freezing rain, or snow Friday night into early   Saturday morning, before changing to all rain. Moderate to locally  heavy rainfall is possible over portions of central Illinois and   Indiana, with amounts of a half inch or more possible over   southeastern parts of the outlook area before rain ends late   Saturday night. Additional rainfall could slow the fall of river   levels, or cause new rises in some spots. Thunderstorms are   possible Saturday evening; however, severe weather is not   expected at this time. Strong west southwest winds are expected to  develop Saturday night into Sunday.    Many area rivers will remain in flood.    .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
