THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS...
NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED:

Limited Excessive Cold Risk.
Limited Snow Risk.

DISCUSSION:

Light snow is expected this afternoon with very light
accumulations mainly north of the I-80 corridor. Farther south,
snow may mix with rain at times with little to no snow
accumulation.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Monday...
Elevated Flooding Risk.
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.
Tuesday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited Ice Accumulation Risk Tuesday night.

DISCUSSION:

Thunderstorms will bring heavy rain to the region Monday through
late Tuesday. The combination of heavy rainfall, frozen grounds,
and snow melt will result in rises on area streams and rivers and
may result in flooding.
