...Very gusty winds expected as rain ends...
At 244 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking an area of dissipating
showers across northeast Illinois. Behind these showers, winds in
some locations are gusting between 40 and 50 mph from the east.
Winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible through 430 AM CDT.
