Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

Weather hazards expected...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
DISCUSSION...
Showers and thunderstorms will be possible very late tonight and
into Friday morning. Severe weather is not expected with this
activity, although the strongest storms could produce small hail.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.
Friday...
Elevated Severe Thunderstorm Risk.
Elevated Flooding Risk.
Saturday...
Limited Severe Thunderstorm Risk.
Elevated Flooding Risk.
Sunday through Tuesday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Wednesday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.
DISCUSSION:
Showers and some thunderstorms may linger across the region on
Friday morning. Severe weather is not expected with this morning
activity, although some small hail is possible.
An additional round of thunderstorms is possible Friday evening
and overnight. Some of these storms could be strong to severe. All
modes of severe weather will be possible including large hail,
damaging winds, and a tornado or two. In addition to the severe
weather threat, heavy rainfall, combined with saturated soils,
will pose a threat for flash flooding.
Additional rounds of thunderstorms are possible this weekend with
a continued threat for flooding.
.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.
