possible.
* WHERE...Winnebago, Boone, McHenry, Ogle, Lee, De Kalb, Kane and
Lake Counties in northern Illinois.
* WHEN...Late Tuesday morning through late Wednesday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous
conditions could impact particularly the Tuesday afternoon and
Wednesday morning commutes.
