This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Non thunderstorm wind Risk.

DISCUSSION...

Strong westerly wind gusts to 40 mph are expected late this
morning into this afternoon, with a few gusts to 45 mph possible
early this afternoon. The strongest winds are expected over areas
with little or no existing snow cover.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Monday Night...
Limited Ice Accumulation Risk northwest.
Tuesday...
Elevated Lakeshore Flood Risk.
Wednesday and Thursday...
Limited Snow Risk.

DISCUSSION:

There are multiple chances for wintry precipitation Monday night
through Thursday, with some snow and ice accumulation possible.

Gusty northeast winds on Tuesday and Tuesday night could result in
immediate lakeshore flooding, at least minor, for northeast Illinois
and northwest Indiana.

Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.
