TRAVEL...
At 127 AM CST, Doppler radar was tracking an arctic cold front along
a line extending from 6 miles east of Racine to near Sturtevant to
near North Prairie to near Milton to near Stockton. Behind this
front, temperatures will drop 10 to 15 degrees in an hour as winds
gust as high as 30 mph. Bursts of moderate to heavy snow will also
be possible, further acting to reduce visibility. Motorists should
prepare for rapidly changing and developing hazardous road
conditions, with any lingering wet spots on roadways quickly
freezing.

Rockford, Waukegan, Buffalo Grove, North Chicago, Gurnee, Mundelein,
Highland Park, McHenry, Belvidere, Vernon Hills, Woodstock, Zion,
Loves Park, Machesney Park, Grayslake, Libertyville, Lake Zurich,
Lake Forest, Round Lake and Deerfield.

I-39 between mile markers 106 and 123.
I-90 between mile markers 0 and 32.
