Elevated Excessive Cold Risk.
Elevated Lakeshore Flood Risk This Evening.
DISCUSSION...
Bitterly cold conditions are expected late tonight into Friday
morning, with sub-zero low temperatures across much of northern
Illinois and minimum wind chill values of 10 to 20 below zero.
Large waves on southern Lake Michigan will continue to cause
lakeshore flooding and beach erosion this evening. This is
especially true for the northwest Indiana shoreline.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.
Friday Morning...
Elevated Excessive Cold Risk.
Monday...
Limited Snow Risk.
DISCUSSION:
Wind chill values of 10 to 20 below zero will continue early Friday
morning.
