This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Non thunderstorm wind Risk.
Elevated Snow Risk.
Significant Lakeshore Flood Risk.

DISCUSSION...

Light snow will continue this morning...ending from northwest to
southeast across Illinois through this afternoon and ending in
northwest Indiana by this evening. Northerly winds will gust as
high as 35 mph today.

Strong northerly winds will generate high waves which may cause
lake shore flooding along the Lake Michigan shore of Illinois
through this afternoon and for the Lake Michigan shore of
northwest Indiana through tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Thursday...
Elevated Lakeshore Flood Risk.

DISCUSSION:

Northwest winds will generate high waves which may cause
lakeshore flooding Thursday morning for the Lake Michigan shore
of northwest Indiana.

Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.
