DISCUSSION:
Strong westerly winds are expected on Sunday, with gusts up to 40
mph and possibly higher over areas with little or no existing snow
cover going into the day.
There are multiple chances for precipitation this coming week,
including the possibility of light wintry accumulating precipitation
through Tuesday night, and then possibly more moderate Wednesday
and Thursday.
Gusty northeast winds on Tuesday and Tuesday night could result in
immediate lakeshore flooding, at least minor, for northeast Illinois
and northwest Indiana.
