DISCUSSION...

A winter storm will move through the region Monday night through
Tuesday night. Several waves of snow, at times mixing with rain,
will move through the area. Significant accumulations of snow are
likely across parts of northwestern Illinois leading to difficult
to dangerous travel conditions, particularly Tuesday afternoon.
