DISCUSSION...

Additional snow will fall across the region especially north of

leading to areas of blowing snow and very low visibility.

Bitterly to dangerously cold air will spread into the region
Sunday night through Tuesday night with wind chills as low as 30

River ice is expected to rapidly build up on area rivers Sunday
into early next week as a much colder arctic airmass moves into

on area rivers into next week.
