* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, blowing snow and low
visibility expected. For the Wind Chill Advisory, wind chills as
low as 30 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Illinois and
northwest Indiana.
* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until noon CST today.
For the Wind Chill Advisory, from midnight tonight to 9 AM CST
Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions and low visibility
due to blowing snow especially on north to south oriented
roadways. The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed
skin in as little as 30 minutes.
