Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

Weather hazards expected...

Elevated Excessive Cold Risk early this morning.
Limited Snow Risk tonight.

DISCUSSION...

Wind chills of -10 to -25 are expected early this morning.

Accumulating snow is likely tonight, especially north of I-80 this
evening, and also south of Pontiac Illinois to Rensselaer Indiana
line, mainly after midnight. Some areas could pick up 1 to locally
3" by morning.

Localized ice jam flooding will continue along some rivers.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Limited Excessive Cold Risk.
Elevated Snow Risk.
Friday...
Elevated Excessive Cold Risk.
Significant Snow Risk.
Saturday and Sunday...

Limited Ice Accumulation Risk.

DISCUSSION...

Very cold wind chills are expected again Friday into Saturday.

Accumulating snow is likely to adversely impact travel Thursday
night into early Friday morning.

Locally heavy lake effect snow may occur Friday into Friday night
for areas in northwest Indiana, especially close to Lake
Michigan.

Localized ice jam flooding will continue along some rivers.
