* WHAT...For the Wind Chill Warning, dangerously cold wind chills.
Wind chills as low as 25 to 35 below zero. For the Wind Chill
Advisory, very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as
15 to 25 below zero. Lowest wind chills will be at night and
during the morning.
* WHERE...McHenry, Lake IL, DuPage and Northern Cook Counties.
* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Warning, until noon CST today. For
the Wind Chill Advisory, from noon today to 9 AM CST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on
exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
