and northeast Lake County Indiana through mid morning.
Elevated Excessive Cold Risk west of the Fox Valley through mid
morning and again tonight.


DISCUSSION...

Heavy lake effect snow will continue across northern Porter
County and northeast Lake County Indiana through mid morning.

Wind chills below 20 degrees below zero will continue through
mid-morning and occur again tonight west of the Fox Valley.

Localized ice jam flooding will continue along some rivers.
